This 1954 Morris Minor isn't a factory convertible, having been converted from a saloon many years ago. Our vendor is now selling it because he rarely drives it anymore. The Minor recently had its brakes overhauled plus other recommissioning work done, at a cost of around £1500, plus four new tyres. The vendor reports that it ‘drives beautifully’ so long as the clutch is exercised every few weeks. The original brown leather interior is now an not-uninteresting patchwork. The car was registered in February 1954 and is showing 53,984 miles on its odometer. There's no MoT; its last expired in May 2022 after having been tested the year before at an indicated 53,984 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Morris no longer requires annual testing. Five registered keepers are shown on the V5C.

Paperwork runs to the V5C, the recent bill for £1574.70, other invoices and MoT certificates and a Pitman's Motorists' Library book of the Morris Eight and Morris Minor.
