1975 TRIUMPH TR6 LHD
LOT 213
This left-hand drive Carmine Red TR6 was new to the United States in 1975, but was imported in October 2017 and then registered in the UK in June 2019. It had the same US owner from 1992; since coming back to Britain it has had just one single registered keeper. The odometer shows 10,501 miles. As an historic vehicle, the TR6 no longer requires an MoT; there's no record of it having had one since it returned to the UK. The vendor tells us that the car runs and drives and is used regularly and that the floors, boot area and chassis are very solid, and many new items have been fitted. These include a brake master cylinder, rear brake flexi-hoses and copper brake lines, engine, gearbox and differential oil change, plugs, points, distributor cap and rotor arm, fuel pump and battery. A right-hand steering rack and wooden dashboard are included in the sale.
Paperwork with the Triumph includes the V5C, Heritage Certificate, NOVA correspondence, parts catalogues and Haynes workshop manual. There's also some of the US registration documents as well.
