1972 VW 1200 BEETLE

This 1972 Volkswagen Beetle has been off-the-road for some years but does run, drive and stop. However, it would benefit from recommissioning and also requires some welding. A new carburettor has recently been fitted. The 1192cc Beetle was registered in June 1972 and is showing 52,170 miles on its odometer. Five registered keepers are recorded on its V5C. There's no record of an MoT as far back as 2005, when online records began. However, as an historic vehicle, the Volkswagen no longer requires annual testing. The car was previously grey but was changed to its current red in 1995. Paperwork with the Beetle includes the V5C, some older invoices and MoT certificates back to 1993.
