2000 JAGUAR XKR 4.0 AUTO SILVERSTONE EDITION 

The Jaguar XKR Silverstone was a limited edition model of just 100 cars - 50 coupes and 50 convertibles - intended to commemorate Jaguar's return to motorsport in 2000, and in particular the Silverstone circuit for Formula One. The cars were all finished in a Platinum Silver paint finish with Silverstone badging. Inside there was contrasting leather piped sports interior and smoke-stained maple veneer facia. The chassis was upgraded with Brembo brakes and sophisticated CATS system (Computer Active Technology Suspension). 20in BBS Detroit wheels with ultra low profile Pirelli PZero tyres were also fitted. Please note, this Jaguar was subject to a category D insurance claim in 2006 and inspected by Autoalign in 2021. 

The vendor describes it as running well but it has received little use lately. The car was registered in May 2000 and has an MoT through to March 2025. Its odometer shows 116,240 miles. Paperwork includes the V5C, XKR Silverstone brochure, a substantial folder of invoices, MoT certificates and the book pack with owner's handbook, vehicle care booklet, sales and service international directory, total care book, sound system instructions, and security system guide, quick guide and maintenance schedules. The service book is stamped through to 111,750 miles in July 2020.
