This 1967 Ford Mustang GT, with 289ci (4637cc) V8 engine and three-speed manual transmission, was imported into the UK in 1980 and registered here in July of that year. The vendor describes it as ready to use and running well, after a period of storage. It retains its original factory dash. New seatbelts were fitted in 2021, along with a new ignition system - over the last three years, approximately £9000 has been spent on work by the previous owner. We are told that the Mustang was once owned by the singer/songwriter James Newman.

The only paperwork with the Mustang is its V5C. Its last MoT expired in January 2019 after having been tested the year before at an indicated 29,939 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Ford no longer requires annual testing. The odometer currently shows 31,731 miles.
