1961 MORRIS MINI MKI

The vendor has owned this very nice Cherry Red Morris Mini Minor MkI for seven years, and the vehicle was driven 40 miles to the auction. It was registered in April 1961 and has 38,007 miles showing on its odometer. There's no MoT - its last expired in March 2018 after having been tested at an indicated 37,524 miles the year before - but as an historic vehicle, the Mini no longer requires annual testing. The engine has been changed from an 848cc to a 998cc unit at some point prior to 2012; however, this hasn't been amended with the DVLA. The original engine is provided though. The vendor tells us that the car runs well with no issues, and has received only occasional use lately, being kept in a garage when not being used. 

The car comes with its V5C - showing five registered keepers since DVLA computerisation - along with a past V5C, Heritage Certificate, workshop manual, assorted invoices, parts catalogue and a copy of Mini Magazine from October 2017.
