1976 ROVER P6 3500S 

This V8-engined Rover P6 3500 is the more desirable S variant, with manual transmission, power steering and boot-mounted Continental spare wheel carrier, and was registered in February 1976. Its odometer shows 82,281 miles and its last MoT expired in July 2013 after having been tested at an indicated 82,170 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Rover is now MoT-exempt. The vendor tells us that there has been much recent work including a full respray (it was previously blue), new vinyl roof, water pump, fan belt, spark plugs, plug leads, bottom hose, oil and filter, electronic distributor, electronic ignition and new coil. It has also been fitted with a set of period Minilite alloys and electric fuel pump. It is described as in ‘solid and good condition inside and out' and starting and running well.
