1972 AUSTIN 1300 AUTO

Registered in October 1972, this automatic Austin 1300 MkIII has six registered keepers showing on its V5C and 67,813 miles on its odometer. Its last MoT expired in April 2016 after having been tested at an indicated 65,423 miles; however, as an historic vehicle, the Austin is now MoT-exempt. It is reported as running and driving with no known issues. Recent work has included a new fuel pump. The vendor tells us that this usable classic always provokes lots of attention from older people who remember somebody that had one. 

Paperwork with the Austin includes the V5C, Pearson's workshop manual, invoices from the 1970s through to 2020 (including the original Wadham Stringer bill of sale), MoT certificates, RAC club book and owner's handbook plus the Passport to Service. There's also a pair of original ring spanners/hubcap removal tool.
