1973 MG B GT

The vendor has owned this MGB GT coupe for 10 years and it was driven 40 miles to the sale. The car was registered in May 1973 and is now showing 49,345 miles on its odometer. Although MoT-exempt as an historic vehicle, it has been given a test which is valid until October 2025. The car has been given a complete interior upgrade along with variable electric power steering (adjustable via a control under the dash), electronic ignition, unleaded cylinder head, spin-on engine oil filter, gas struts on tailgate and bonnet and a single 12-volt battery rather than the standard two 6-volt ones. It received an engine oil and filter change plus all greasing points done in June, with both kingpin assemblies changed last year.

The MGB is described as running and driving with no known issues and its overdrive working. Paperwork includes the V5C, the current MoT certificate, and power steering controller guide. There's also some spare keys as well.
