1968 JAGUAR E-TYPE 2+2 4.2 SERIES 1½ COUPE AUTO

Originally built in 1968 and exported new to Canada, this 4.2-litre Jaguar E-type 2+2 Series 1½ returned to the UK and was registered here in February 2018. Since then it has had just one registered keeper. Its odometer shows 48,581 miles and its last MoT expired in November 2018 after being tested the year before at an indicated 47,339 miles. However, as an historic vehicle, the Jaguar is now MoT-exempt. The car was restored circa 1990. The vendor, who has owned it for seven years, reports that it is running and driving, although he notes that the car would benefit from a tune-up and the electric fan switch requires replacement. It was driven to the sale. Paperwork includes the current and a past V5C, Jaguar Heritage certificate (showing the car was originally Willow Green), sale information from when the car was brought into the country, NOVA and registration correspondence, Ontario permit, an MoT from 2017 and a single invoice for a choke cable.
