1979 TRIUMPH SPITFIRE 1500

Registered in April 1979, this Triumph Spitfire 1500 is in very good condition inside and out. It has seven registered keepers recorded by its V5C and is showing 79,664 miles on its odometer. It has an MoT through to May 2026 even though, as an historic vehicle, it no longer requires annual testing. The Spitfire was restored in 1998, with a photo album showing all the work done; its colour was originally brown. It is reported as running and driving very well following a recent carburettor set-up and has been upgraded with an improved starter and seats, as well as a Smiths clock added to the dashboard. Paperwork includes the current and past V5Cs, repair operations manual and book pack, with owner's handbook, Triumph Sports Six Club handbook, and radio instructions. There's also a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate, an album full of photos of the restoration, other pictures, MoTs and a large amount of invoices.
