This red Peugeot 309 GTi benefited from extensive engine recommissioning work by the previous owner, including a new radiator, refurbished injectors, cleaned throttle body, new manifold, distributor, spark plugs, starter motor, head gasket, skimmed head, honed pistons with new rings, valve stem seals, battery, cambelt and pulley, and a new airflow meter.

Aside from the stainless steel exhaust, the car has a highly original spec throughout. The current owner bought it in February drove it to our sale from East Suffolk, reporting no issues with the way it drives. 

This Peugeot was first registered in March 1991. The odometer is showing 160,000 miles and the MoT is valid until 13th May 2026. Paperwork includes a current V5C in the vendor's name, Haynes manual, owner's handbooks, old MoT certificates and a good collection of receipts going back at least 25 years. The car comes with three keys.
