1975 MG B GT V8

This MG B GT V8 restoration project is being sold as a non-runner, ripe for restoration. It's an original V8 car with manual gearbox, first registered on 4th February 1975, and has reportedly been dry-stored for most of its life.

There have been only four keepers from new. The car's second owner was the Davro Iron & Steel Company near Bridgnorth, which owned the car between 1976 and 1984. It then passed to an owner in Folksworth, and the present keeper bought it in 2019. Its registration number is HOC 36N

The vendor advises that the 3528cc Rover V8 engine has seized so it will need rebuilding, but expects that the bodywork will need relatively little prep before repainting. The history file contains a few receipts from 1986, current V5C, and the car's latest MoT certificate which expired in 2006. The odometer is showing just 6331 miles.
