Finished in Regal Red with Beige leather interior, this well preserved Rolls Royce Silver Shadow I has had three owners since new, and its odometer is showing 63,909 miles. It was first registered on 6th May 1971, originally supplied by Mead of Bristol, and comes with a comprehensive collection of MoT certificates dating all the way back to 1975. The car's original hardback handbook and two service booklets are also present, with 8 service stamps up to 48k miles in 1986.
Paperwork includes the latest V5C together with various receipts, old tax discs and old V5Cs, plus a photocopy of a workshop manual. One highlight is a letter from the car's second keeper describing how the original owner was a family friend who had the car for over 30 years, and who (at the age of 92) agreed to sell it to him at a favourable price.
The car passed all its latest MoTs without any advisories, the latest certificate covering 2017-18.
