1986 RENAULT 5 GT TURBO

The car was first registered on 11th November 1986, and the history file contains some early MoT certificates (including its first in 1990) with 13 tax discs up to 2002. It then spent 20 years off the road before being treated to a £10k restoration in 2023, which included a respray to a very high standard. The underside was also refreshed, the engine serviced and the tyres renewed, but the vendor tells us that the interior and engine are completely original to the car. Today its odometer displays 60,608 miles, and the MoT record confirms that it has barely been driven since its return to the road.

The car has been with its latest keeper since 2015, and the V5C indicates 5 previous owners. The paperwork includes a good collection of parts receipts, mostly from the last few years, and maintenance receipts going back to 1987.
