1923 HUPMOBILE R11 FOUR DOOR TOURER LHD

This 2.8-litre Hupmobile R11 Tourer is probably the only example of its type in the UK, having been imported from the USA in 2015. There have been four registered owners since then, and we auctioned it to the latest keeper in 2021. While many Series R vehicle were being sold with metal disc wheels by 1923, this example wears the more elegant, polished wood items. The odometer is showing 37,070 miles, indicating that approximately 500 miles have been driven since 2021.

The blue Hupmobile is accompanied by an original instruction book, together with documents relating to its export (from Maine) and registration in the UK. Also present is an old registration certificate showing it was based in New York State in the 1980s, and a copy of the Hupmobile Club magazine. 

The registration number is non-transferrable.
