1996 ROVER MINI EQUINOX

The Mini Equinox was a limited edition of 750 cars, powered by the 1275cc SPi engine and offered in a choice of three colours, with distinctive moon-and-stars fabric & vinyl interior. This example is finished in Charcoal Grey, and its odometer shows 75,781 miles. The car has an advisory-free MoT to 8th January 2027, and an excellent history folder with a stack of maintenance receipts indicating a high level of ongoing investment. Highlights include a gearbox refurbishment and new clutch kit in 2020, and over £3k worth of restorative work and maintenance in April 2023. There's also a large collection of MoT certificates going back to 2001.

The vendor acquired the Mini in 2023, and has recently equipped it with a set of 4 new Minilite alloy wheels with new Yokohoma tyres. It also has a full stainless exhaust system, new headliner and uprated front brakes. In the vendor's words it “drives very well”.

Spare keys and a Haynes manual are included, together with a new set of wide arches and door visors. The car was first registered on 13th June 1996.
