Toyopet was a short-lived brand name used by Toyota for passenger car models in the 1950s and ‘60s. This handsome Toyopet Corona RT40 Deluxe, finished in maroon with a red interior, dates from 1966 and was first registered in the UK in May 2018. Today its odometer is showing 86,999 miles. It’s powered by a 1490cc petrol engine with column-change manual transmission. Although we do not have any maintenance receipts, the vendor tells us that the car has received 5 new tyres, electric fuel pump and fuel regulator. It also comes with a pair of new front shock absorbers, NOS oil filter and a spare number plate.
The vendor purchased the car from one of our sales in 2022, and the V5C shows only one registered keeper since it has been in the UK.
