The XKR 100 was a limited edition of 500 coupés and convertibles built to celebrate the centenary of Jaguar's founder Sir William Lyons. This example was first registered on 16th January 2002, with special features including 20-inch BBS alloy wheels, Anthracite paintwork, Brembo brakes, CATS suspension and Recaro seats. It has also been fitted with a full stainless steel performance exhaust.
Our vendor purchased the car for his collection in 2014, but it has been unused since failing an MoT in 2017, so recommissioning will be required. He tells us that, aside from the reasons for its MoT failure, it was “in good running order” at the time. Since then, a body shop has misplaced the fuel pump, so the car does not currently start. It was retrieved when the business folded in 2024 and is described as "still awaiting completion" with 98,870 miles showing on the odometer.
The Jaguar is supplied with its original service book containing 11 stamps up to 97,574 miles in 2014, together with its 2014 sales receipt, OEM keys and security tags, a few old MoT certificates, and previous and current V5Cs.
