2997cc, auto. This red Triumph Stag survives in mostly smart overall condition inside and out, with good panel alignment. We're told it recently received a new header tank, and a Mk2 radiator has been fitted at some stage. The accompanying Heritage Certificate confirms that the car remains true to its original spec; it was built in May 1972 and despatched to a dealer in Wiltshire, finished in Pimento Red with a Black Ambla interior, automatic transmission, optional heater and inertia-reel seatbelts.

The Stag is supplied with a photo album showing restoration work, and its history file contains a good collection of MoT certificates and maintenance receipts. These cover the period from the mid-1990s up to 2021 when over £3600 was spent on wide-ranging improvements within the engine bay, and to the brakes, drivetrain and elsewhere. This work was documented in various videos on the Church House Classics Youtube channel. Receipts also show that the engine was rebuilt by a Triumph specialist in 1997. Today the odometer is showing 95,228 miles.

The history file is supplemented by an original repair operations manual and a Haynes manual. The current V5C is not present, so the next owner will need to apply to the DVLA for a new one.
