1967 TRIUMPH SPITFIRE MK3

1296cc, manual. This Triumph Spitfire has been in dry storage for the last 10 years, and has been owned by the vendor since 1998. The head was converted to unleaded in 1999, and a partial rebuild was carried out in 2005, together with a respray in its original shade of Valencia Blue by Manvers Triumph at a cost of £4200. The car also benefits from electronic ignition and hard top (fitted). The vendor advises that it will need a general overhaul, including new brakes and clutch, before returning to the road. The odometer is showing 39,200 miles. 

The Spitfire is supplied with various MoTs plus receipts for bodywork and mechanical maintenance, a soft-top frame for refurbishment, and its current V5C.
