2000 TVR TUSCAN

Finished in Crystal Verde, this TVR Tuscan Targa has had its 4.0-litre engine replaced with a monstrous 6.3-litre Chevrolet V8 developing 528bhp, as shown on a dyno readout which is included in the history file. It's covered 400 miles since the vendor's father bought it a couple of years ago, reportedly with no issues, and it comes with an advisory-free MoT which is valid to 22nd May 2027. Power is delivered through a limited-slip differential, and the car's various upgrades include a racing clutch, stainless exhaust, Gaz coilover suspension and Sagaris wheels and brakes. The odometer shows 32,876 miles.

The car comes with its handbook pack, V5C, a USB drive containing photos of the engine swap and rebuild, and a large stack of maintenance receipts, one showing that the high-spec crate V8 with forged pistons cost a previous owner over $13,000. It's also supplied with a spare clutch, flywheel and cam shaft, and we're told it benefits from a recent door actuator and battery.

Relating to the engine swap there are no mechanical issues known, but the vendor advises that the heater blower is not working, the driver's door activator is intermittent, and the dash shows ‘Diagnostics Code 1’.
