In his words, “I have spent a lot of money on it in a short time and had all the welding done, so the car is now solid, and it runs and drives well.” We previously sold it on behalf of a film company which had been its keeper since 2016, using it as a taxi on the set of Netflix shows including The Crown and Rise of the Foot Soldier.

The blue and silver two-tone paintwork is complemented by a green interior which is mostly well preserved, including a period Motorola radio, and the odometer is showing 68,303 miles. The car comes with an original handbook, a Maxi advert, a few MoT certificates (2013-17) and current & previous V5Cs indicating 5 former keepers. The last MoT was passed with no advisories, but this expired in 2018.
