660cc, 5-speed manual. This Daihatsu Hi-Jet is a rare 4x4 configuration with a scissor-lift loadbed that also operates as a tipper (see photos). Freshly imported from Japan, it comes with a long MoT to 19th April 2027, and is described by the vendor as being in “remarkable, corrosion-free condition.” The odometer shows 88,950 kms (55,270 miles). 

There is no maintenance history, but the vendor tells us that it is “completely prepared and ready to go for its next owner. The sale includes its V5C and UK number plates. The truck was UK registered in May this year, and the V5C shows zero former UK keepers. 

With its fun livery, off-road tyres and practical layout, this could be ideal as a crowd-pleaser, or for light forestry or estate duties.
