1968 VANDEN PLAS 1300 PRINCESS

1275cc, manual. Finished in the rare (and lovely) shade of Sherwood Green with a Champagne Beige interior, this manual Vanden Plas Princess is described by the vendor as a “good, reliable car” that “drives 100%” and survives in “original overall condition”.

Once part of Jaguar Land Rover's Heritage Collection, it was bought by the vendor in 2019 and recently recommissioned. He describes the undercarriage as “very good and solid" with “no patches” and tells us the front wings are new.

It comes with a few old receipts and MoT certificates, and the V5C which indicates 5 former keepers. The latest MoT was passed with no advisories in 2018. Today the odometer is showing 17,089 miles.

Please note we are told the vehicle was exported to Ireland in 2019, it was not registered there and remained on it's English plates. A NOVA certificate has been applied for but is still being processed, and the buyer will have to await this which may take time.
