1979 FORD CAPRI GHIA 3.0 MANUAL

2994cc, manual. This 3.0-litre Mk3 Ford Capri received a full metallic blue respray in 2024. We're told it has also been re-shelled, at the same time as receiving a conversion to manual transmission, with an S-spec interior and decals. Upgrades include an electric cooling fan (with a switch on the dash), power steering, deep-dish alloy wheels with new tyres fitted under 1000 miles ago.

The vendor drove it to our premises and tells us he “would drive it anywhere” as it as "never given him any problems”. He has owned it for 2½ years, only ever run it on E5 petrol, and used it for many local shows, including the ACA-sponsored Kings Lynn Motor Club run. 

The car comes with a 2024 receipt for a service which included fresh plugs and rear brake components. The V5C is also present, indicating 5 former keepers. It still registers the previous colour of green, so the next owner will need to update the DVLA with the colour change. There is no MoT record, but as a historic vehicle it is exempt from testing requirements. The odometer is showing 5132 miles.
