This appealing MG C is finished in Primrose Yellow, and comes equipped with a desirable spec including Webasto roof, overdrive, Bosh driving lamps, wire wheels and electric cooling fan. The doors shut nicely, and the interior trim is in lovely overall condition, complete with map light and leather-stitched steering wheel. The vendor describes the car as a “very original vehicle" that is in “excellent driving condition" with good oil pressure and no expenditure currently required. We're told it has been reliable throughout his ownership, always starting first time.

Although it was first registered the 1969 (after production ended), the chassis number suggests this MGC was one of the final 1968 models, built in right-hand drive for the UK. The vendor acquired the car in 2021, and the V5C records 4 keepers before him. It also comes with spare keys and a good collection of receipts from his tenure, showing a high level of care. Highlights include over £1000 spent in January on a major service, carb tuning, new batteries and other items; last year's maintenance included around £700 spent on the brakes.

The MoT history shows that around 5k miles have been covered over the last 20 years, and the odometer is showing 9260 miles, although we can not verify this figure. The latest MoT was passed with no advisories and expired in June 2022.
