CIRCA 1990 GOLF BUGGY EZGO

This petrol-powered EZGO Golf Buggy was in daily use before Covid and then put into storage. It now has an issue with its Kawasaki 400 four-stroke engine, which runs for a few seconds and then stops. We’re told it has a good spark and the carburetor has been cleaned, but there’s still a fault. 

The engine time clock (under the seat) displays 2020 hours.
