1981 ROLLS ROYCE SILVER SPIRIT

6750cc, automatic. This white Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit shows only 31,102 miles on its odometer, consistent with its MoT record which begins in 1994. The white paintwork is in mostly appealing condition, with only small areas worth renovating and the beige leather interior has distinctive red piping and a matching steering wheel. 

The vendor purchased the Rolls-Royce at one of our sales in 2023 and says he used it only occasionally (for breakfast trips to Wetherspoons). It was then put into storage, and the last MoT expired in May 2024. We're told that everything works apart from the passenger front window.

The V5C records that this car was re-registered in the UK in 2012, having previously been registered overseas. However, this would appear to be inaccurate as it comes with MoT certificates covering 1994 to 2024, and a collection of receipts showing maintenance in the UK during the 1990s and 2000s (including a gearbox rebuild in 1994). Some papers show that it was based in Westminster during the late 2000s, and Northern Ireland in the 2010s. 

The car also has its original handbook, some sales brochures and club literature, and a hardback book about the Silver Spirit by Graham Robson.
