1989 VW TRANSPORTER TD 5 DIESEL

Registered in January 1989, this 1588cc TD5 diesel variant of Volkswagen's T25 Transporter, in camper van form, has had eight registered keepers overall. It has been under its current ownership since 2002 and is, according to its vendor, very much-loved. It was restored in 2018 including a replacement engine, but was then stored from 2020 to 2022. Having been returned to the road, it has an MoT valid to May 2024. It is reported by vendor as running and driving well, although it does currently have an oil leak. The odometer shows 118,754 miles. The Volkswagen comes with its original book pack with owner's handbook, service book (albeit blank) and alarm instructions. There's also instructions for the fridge and a very large collection of MoT certificates and invoices spanning several years.
