ACA Raises Smiles with Flour, Sugar, Butter and Generosity
The sweet smell of freshly baked cakes filled the air at Anglia Car Auctions last week as the ACA team rolled up their sleeves for a good cause.
Chloe, Alison, Louise, Amanda, Sally and Donna swapped car keys for cake tins to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. From classic Victoria sponges to gooey brownies and irresistible cupcakes, the table was soon piled high with tempting treats all baked with care and a good dash of humour.
Visitors and staff alike were only too happy to tuck in, and thanks to everyone’s generosity (and a few second helpings), the team raised an impressive £500 for Macmillan.
It was a true team effort that showcased the friendly spirit of ACA proving that with a bit of flour, sugar, butter and community spirit, you really can make a difference.
