1991 FORD ESCORT 1.3 VAN

This Ford Escort MkV van was registered in August 1991 and has had four registered keepers overall. Its odometer shows 12,559 miles and the MoT is valid until June 2025. Th evendor reports that it has received work within the last year, including a new timing chain, full service with oil filters, sump gasket, rocket gasket, plugs and leads and coil pack. The exhaust has also received attention as well as the front and rear brakes and a new handbrake cable has been fitted. The vendor reports that the van drives well, and was driven 110 miles from Kent to the auction venue. Documentation includes the V5C, MoT certificate and the service book with only two entries, the last in April 2015. It appears that the van was off the road between 2016 and 2023; its mileage in 2014 is shown as 5715 miles, so presumably its current 12,559 mileage is at least 112,559 miles.
