1967 TRIUMPH VITESSE CONVERTIBLE
This 1998cc Triumph Vitesse Convertible has not been run for several years, although the engine does turn freely. So it will require some recommissioning work, with the potential for a full restoration if the new owner feels like it. The body is described by the vendor as solid, aside from the bottom outer of the two doors. The hood will require a rear window. The car has received a John Kipping overdrive upgrade. The Triumph was registered in April 1967 and is showing 54,357 miles on its odometer. There's no record of an MoT back to 2005, when online test records began. However, as an historic vehicle, the Vitesse is now MoT-exempt. Paperwork includes the old V5, Vitesse service chart, parts catalogue, MoTs and old invoices (including ones for an engine rebuild and new rear axle). There's also a boot full of spare parts.
