1971 MG B ROADSTER

This MGB Roadster was restored circa 1996 but had been unused for eight years due to its owner's ill health before being recommissioned with new calipers, rear brakes stripped and serviced, fresh brake fluid, new battery, oil and filter. It also has a stainless steel exhaust, overdrive and single 12-volt battery in the boot. It is reported as running and driving well and was driven 30 miles to the sale, although during our test drive, it did jump out of reverse. The MGB was registered in July 1971 and has 38,413 miles showing on its odometer. Its last MoT expired in October 2019 after being tested the year before at an indicated 38,287 miles (although there was an error on the MoT certificate stating 382,087 miles, despite it being just 38,258 the day before). Paperwork includes the V5C, print-out of the online MoT information back to 2007, photos of the rebuild, MoTs and invoices back to 1990.
