1968 TRIUMPH VITESSE 2.0 CONVERTIBLE

This blue Triumph Vitesse convertible has had only two registered keepers from new, both in the same family. Its history file includes the original buff logbook, showing that it was first registered on 12th February 1968 to its first owner in Kent. In 1995 the car was passed on to his son, who used it until 2005. It was then put into storage until passing through our August 2024 auction, where it was purchased by our vendor. Under his ownership it has been recommissioned and put back on the road.

The car comes with a good collection of receipts for parts and maintenance, some dating back to the early 1980s, old V5, latest V5C and MoT certificates from the 1980s, and original handbook. A service logbook records the car's first 10 services up to 71,844 miles in 1989. Today the odometer is showing 75,630.

Also present are a spare lock barrel and keys, a few old photos of the car, and a good collection of relevant manuals.
