This two-tone Austin Maxi comes to us from a film company who have been its registered keepers since 2016. They tell us it has been used as a taxi on the set of Netflix’s ‘The Crown’ and ‘Rise of the Foot Soldier’. The blue & silver paintwork is complemented by a green interior, and the odometer is showing 68,289 miles.
The vendor tells us that the car does run and drive, and although its last MoT was passed with no advisories, this expired in 2018. It comes with an original handbook, a period Maxi advert, a few MoT certificates (2013-2017) and current & previous V5Cs indicating 5 former keepers. First registration was on 22nd June 1973.
