1960 FORD 100E POPULAR

1172cc, manual. Our vendor's late husband bought this yellow Ford Popular 100E in 1991, at which time it was in very poor condition. He treated to an extensive rebuild of its mechanics and bodywork, including a long list of modifications to improve usability. The car finally returned to the road in 2013, and was then in regular use. It is believed to be running well, although it has been stored under a cover since April last year.

It's supplied with a detailed, hand-written record of work carried out, plus a collection of invoices and a description of its modifications. These include a modified 100E engine with larger inlet valves, 105 Anglia 4-speed gearbox, 107E Prefect axle, electronic ignition, electric fan, polyurethane bushes, double front anti-roll bar, and many smaller details. 

The odometer shows 19,797 miles, which is believed to equate to 119,797. Spare keys are present, and the V5C indicates 4 former keepers.
