1976 TRIUMPH TR6

2498cc, manual. This Triumph TR6 was repatriated in 2018/19 from a dry state in the USA, then treated to what the vendor describes as a “complete, sympathetic restoration” in 2019/20. The car has been right-hand drive from new and we're told the bodywork is all original, but the floor pans were replaced. It's been owned by the vendor since 2020 and dry-stored ever since the restoration, driven only occasionally.

The only paperwork we have with the car is its V5C, but it is supplied with a laptop containing photos of the restoration. The work was clearly extensive, and included a new convertible roof and windscreen, an interior retrim, upgraded ECU and fuel injection, adjustable shock absorbers, new brakes, and a colour change from its previous blue to this new shade of maroon. The odometer is showing 91,139 miles.
