1968 ‘AUSTIN’ 6CWT PICK-UP PROJECT

1098cc. This rolling shell is an interesting project. The V5 relates to a Austin 6CWT pick-up although the vehicle chassis plate affixed to the bulkhead - M/AS5 1209301M and body number Z36057, relate to a Morris Minor 4 door saloon. This is an abandoned restoration project that we strongly advise interested parties to view. It comes with an engine, gearbox and Austin chassis plate (in the office), and we’re told that many parts are included. The vendor bought it in 2020, and the only paperwork is the current V5C which indicates 2 former keepers.

Clearly there’s much to do, but this could be a nice opportunity for a keen restorer
