1964 FORD CONSUL CORTINA - ONE REGISTERED KEEPER

1198cc, manual. This Ford ‘Consul’ Cortina MkI De Luxe has been rescued after 39 years of storage in a dry garage. It’s finished in Ambassador Blue and remains extremely well preserved, with a tidy blue cloth interior, and the odometer is showing only 37,943 miles. The engine has been running for a video on YouTube, but no further work has been undertaken, so it is being sold as a non-runner. 

The car comes from a deceased estate and doesn’t have any maintenance history, but the old-style (and still current) V5 has been preserved, along with a few period items. It has remained registered to its first keeper from Burnham-on-Crouch ever since he bought it new in July 1964.
