1984 PORSCHE 928 S AUTO

The vendor purchased this Porsche 928 S2 in late 2021 and treated it a lavish recommissioning the following year, costing £11,461. He describes it as “really a lovely car and very useable”, showing 116,713 miles on its odometer. It was driven 100 miles to our premises, and its interior features cruise control, air conditioning and a retro-style Blaupunkt CD player.

An accompanying receipt documents the recommissioning process at 113,625 miles (approximately 3k miles ago). This included a wide range of electrical repairs, cosmetic improvements, a partial retrim of the black leather interior, 4 new tyres, an overhaul of the air-con system, a brake overhaul, a major service including cambelt replacement, fresh gearbox oil and engine mounts, and various other work.

The last MoT was passed with no advisories. This expired in 2025, but as a historic vehicle it is now exempt from testing requirements. The V5C shows that it was first registered on 24th September 1984. The car also comes with its a spare key, and in the boot are some original fittings which were replaced during the refurbishment.

The registration number is non-transferable.
