1953 MG TD

We're told that this red MG TD received a full bodywork restoration 10 years ago. The vendor, who bought it 3 years ago, tells us it “runs and drives lovely”.

It comes with side screens, a spare gasket set, starter motor, dynamo, electrical items and fuel pump. The history file contains old tax discs and photos of the car, a large collection of MoT certificates dating back to 1981, and various old maintenance receipts, including a receipt for XPAG engine rebuild components in 2000. Original buff and green continuation logbooks are also present, together with the current V5C which records 2 former keepers. 

This car was first registered on 15th September 1953. Its odometer is showing 68,101 miles, although we believe that this is not currently working.
