1971 TRIUMPH VITESSE

This 2.0-litre Triumph Vitesse convertible is accompanied by an extensive collection of maintenance receipts and MoT certificates, mostly from the late 1990s and 2000s. Highlights include a new clutch and reconditioned differential in 2004. The vendor describes the car as "very solid", and tells us it has been dry stored for many years following an earlier refurbishment. It was first registered on 16th April 1971, and its V5C records 6 former keepers. Its odometer shows 80,978 miles.

The car benefits from a recent stainless exhaust, front calipers and discs, clutch slave and master cylinder, mohair hood, frame and head rail, floor pans and chassis bar, Kenlowe fan, alternator, starter motor, rotor cap and plugs, full carpet set, ignition barrel and a new battery. The carburettors have also been cleaned, though calibration may still be required.
